When I found out that my dress was too big and had only 2 weeks before my big day I was stressed and panicked. I called Akila and she reassured me she would take in the dress and have it looking as good as new. She did an excellent job, replacing boning and many beads by hand. She kept me well informed of what was happening, was always available on the phone and returned my calls and stuck to her appointment times. The price was fair for such a complex job.
